For anyone considering the switch from semaglutide to tirzepatide: I made that switch at month 6 and the difference in appetite suppression is noticeable. I went from thinking about food constantly (even on sema) to genuinely not being interested. The dual GIP/GLP-1 mechanism really does seem to add something.

You're not alone in this, so many of us have been there. Old jeans from college fit again. Bumped up to the next dose this week and feeling good. Onward! Everyone's different of course.

Late to this but Lost 8 lbs my first month and the food noise is gone. This community is the best. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Following along — Lost 8 lbs my first month and the food noise is gone. Plateaus are the worst, hang in there. Clothes are loose enough that I need a smaller size. Everyone's different of course.

Fit into a restaurant booth comfortably, small thing but huge. Crossed my legs for the first time in years today. That stall messed with my head too, you'll break through. Everyone's different of course.

This made my day to read. Got off one of my blood pressure meds. Played with my kids in the yard without getting winded. This community is the best. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.
