My doc kept me at 0.5mg for almost 3 months because I was losing well and tolerating it fine. I pushed back a bit because I'd read about faster titration schedules, but looking back I'm glad she slowed it down. Zero serious side effects the whole time. Anyone else had a similar experience with a conservative titration?

Coming back to this thread, So proud of you. Finally cracked a plateau I'd been stuck on for a month. You've got this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Same here — Strength training helped me keep muscle while losing. Walking 8k steps a day alongside the meds really compounds. You've got this.

Late to this but The jump to the next dose was smoother than I feared. I stayed on the starter dose an extra month and it was the right call. Are you pairing it with any walking or strength work. This community is the best.

My doctor had me hold at 7.5 until side effects settled. I split my routine around the shot day now and it helps. This community is the best. Everyone's different of course.

For what it's worth, How's your energy been lately. Batch-cooking high-protein meals saved my willpower. Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me. This community is the best. Everyone's different of course.

Late to this but Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me. I plan my meals around shot-day appetite changes now. I keep a food + weight log to spot the trends, not the daily noise.

We're all in this together. Ugh I felt exactly the same way at that stage. Down 3 lbs since my last shot, slow and steady. So glad I'm not alone in this.
