Compounding pharmacy deep dive: I've now used 4 different pharmacies over 18 months. Two were excellent (fast turnaround, great COAs, consistent results). One was mediocre. One was concerning enough that I stopped after one order. The variance is real — do your research.

Adding my two cents: So proud of you. You should be really proud. Batch-cooking high-protein meals saved my willpower. Thanks for sharing this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Just wanted to say, A1C came back normal at my last check-up. Been there, it does get easier I promise. So glad I'm not alone in this. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

The jump to the next dose was smoother than I feared. Batch-cooking high-protein meals saved my willpower. So glad I'm not alone in this. Everyone's different of course.

Totally agree. Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb. Down another 1.8 lbs this week and holding steady. You've got this. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Same here, I learned not to lie down right after eating. Rooting for you. Did the nausea ease up after the first few weeks for you. Keep us posted!

Totally agree. Ginger tea and tiny meals saved me through the early weeks. I plan my routine around shot day now and it helps. Rooting for you. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)
