The hair loss started around week 9 for me and I panicked. After research and talking to my doctor, it's telogen effluvium — a delayed shed caused by the physiological stress of rapid weight loss, not the medication itself. It slows down around month 4-5. Biotin and collagen peptides haven't hurt. Just wanted to share this so the next person isn't as scared as I was.

Just wanted to say, How are you handling the injection-day fatigue. That stall messed with my head too, you'll break through. This community is the best.

Coming back to this thread, Ugh I felt exactly the same way at that stage. Are you pairing it with any walking or strength work. Ugh I felt exactly the same way at that stage. Hang in there.

Adding my two cents: Incredible progress. Been there, it does get easier I promise. This community is the best. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.
