Compounding pharmacy deep dive: I've now used 4 different pharmacies over 18 months. Two were excellent (fast turnaround, great COAs, consistent results). One was mediocre. One was concerning enough that I stopped after one order. The variance is real — do your research.

Just wanted to say, Six months in and the scale keeps moving the right way. The jump to the next dose was smoother than I feared. That stall messed with my head too, you'll break through. Keep us posted!

Coming back to this thread, Cheering you on from here. Plateaus are the worst, hang in there. Finally cracked a plateau I'd been stuck on for a month. Onward! Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Just wanted to say, Found my sweet spot dose and I'm not in a hurry to go higher. I split my routine around the shot day now and it helps. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Just wanted to say, Plateaus are the worst, hang in there. Did the nausea ease up after the first few weeks for you. Ugh I felt exactly the same way at that stage. Hang in there.
