Reached my goal weight yesterday and I'm still processing it. 14 months ago I weighed 298 lbs. Today I weigh 183 lbs. 115 lbs. I don't have the words for what that means to me. I'm going to write a full post soon but for now I just needed to say it somewhere that people would understand.

Same here — How are you finding the higher dose so far. You've got this. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

I plateaued until the dose increase kicked things back in gear. Maintenance for three months now and holding. Hit a number on the scale this morning I haven't seen in years. Everyone's different of course.

Following along, Just hit my first 20 lbs and I can't believe it. Everyone titrates differently, listen to your own body. Onward! Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

The sulfur burps are embarrassing but Pepto and Gas-X got me through the worst weeks.

Totally agree. Are you tracking protein or just eating intuitively. Onward!

Following along, I split my routine around the shot day now and it helps. How long did the food noise take to quiet down.

Starting the weight-loss log here because I need accountability. Starting weight: 278 lbs. Goal: 195 lbs. Week 1 on 0.25mg semaglutide. No real side effects yet, just a slightly off stomach on injection day. Will update every Monday.

Adding my two cents: You're not alone in this, so many of us have been there. Plateaus are the worst, hang in there. You've got this.

Did your appetite come back at all on the higher dose. Everyone titrates differently, listen to your own body. We're all in this together. This community is the best.

Prior auth is such a game. Three denials before approval — persistence is key.

Strength training helped me keep muscle while losing. Meal-prepping kept me from grazing on bad days. Protein first at every meal has been my golden rule. Hang in there. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)
