Seconding the hydration advice. I drink at least 80oz a day and it makes a huge difference.

Coming back to this thread — Plateaus are the worst, hang in there. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

For what it's worth, Are you pairing it with any walking or strength work. Plateaus are the worst, hang in there.

Honestly, Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb. Clothes are loose enough that I need a smaller size. You should be really proud. You've got this.

Adding my two cents: Incredible progress. I plateaued until the dose increase kicked things back in gear. How are you finding the higher dose so far. You've got this.

Adding my two cents: You're doing amazing. The jump to the next dose was smoother than I feared. So glad I'm not alone in this. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Honestly, Walking 8k steps a day alongside the meds really compounds. Don't weigh daily, the trend line is what matters. Down another 1.8 lbs this week and holding steady.

Reading this and I stayed on the starter dose an extra month and it was the right call. The mental side is harder than people admit. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Late to this but Down another 1.8 lbs this week and holding steady. I plateaued until the dose increase kicked things back in gear. Blood pressure is finally in normal range. So glad I'm not alone in this.

Late to this but Down 3 lbs since my last shot, slow and steady. Don't weigh daily, the trend line is what matters. This community is the best. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Totally agree. I split my routine around the shot day now and it helps. The mental side is harder than people admit. You've got this.

Same here — Protein first at every meal has been my golden rule. Scale didn't move but my rings fit again. Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb. Everyone's different of course.
