Before and after labs from today: Total cholesterol down 38 points. LDL down 22. Triglycerides down 94. A1C: 6.1 → 5.5. Blood pressure: was 138/88, now 118/76. This is after 7 months and 55 lbs lost. I started on Ozempic for T2D and it's turned into so much more.

Coming back to this thread — Did you split your dose or take it all at once. Honestly by month three the side effects basically disappeared. So glad I'm not alone in this.

Cutting fatty meals the day of my shot helped the nausea. Going slow on titration made all the difference for side effects. Did your appetite come back at all on the higher dose. You've got this.

Adding my two cents: Did you split your dose or take it all at once. Ugh I felt exactly the same way at that stage. Constipation was my big one, magnesium at night helped a ton.

Honestly, Constipation was my big one, magnesium at night helped a ton. Fatigue hit hard on my first dose bump, more protein fixed it. Thanks for sharing this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.
