Honestly, Six months in and the scale keeps moving the right way. I split my routine around the shot day now and it helps.

Meal-prepping kept me from grazing on bad days. Onward! (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Protein first at every meal has been my golden rule. Keep going, seriously. Maintenance for three months now and holding.

For what it's worth, What's your current titration schedule looking like. Six months in and down 41 lbs total. Incredible progress.

Late to this but What's your current titration schedule looking like. Cheering you on from here. You've got this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Totally agree. Don't weigh daily, the trend line is what matters. Down another 1.8 lbs this week and holding steady. This community is the best.

Sending good vibes your way. Are you pairing it with any walking or strength work. So glad I'm not alone in this.

Totally agree. I keep a food and weight log to spot the trends, not the daily noise. Did your appetite come back at all on the higher dose. Did the nausea ease up after the first few weeks for you. You've got this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.
