Following along, Strength training helped me keep muscle while losing. Walking most days alongside the meds really compounds. Thanks for sharing this.

Coming back to this thread, Meal-prepping kept me from grazing on bad days. Walking most days alongside the meds really compounds. Ugh I felt exactly the same way at that stage. You've got this.

Reading this today and I plan my meals around shot-day appetite changes now. Scale didn't move but my rings fit again. So glad I'm not alone in this. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)
