Adding my two cents: Just hit my first 20 lbs and I can't believe it. Are you pairing it with any walking or strength work. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Coming back to this thread, Did the nausea ease up after the first few weeks for you. Batch-cooking high-protein meals saved my willpower. Protein first at every meal has been my golden rule. Rooting for you.
