Switching from Ozempic to Wegovy was honestly anticlimactic — same molecule, different pen and indication. The autoinjector is nicer. Cost was about the same after the coupon. What I wasn't expecting was how much better I felt mentally just having a 'weight management' medication vs a 'diabetes' medication. Weird psychological shift but real.

Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me. Finally cracked a plateau I'd been stuck on for a month. You've got this. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Late to this but Has your sleep changed at all since starting. I split my routine around the shot day now and it helps. This community is the best.

Bumped up to the next dose this week and feeling good. Down 3 lbs since my last shot, slow and steady. Batch-cooking high-protein meals saved my willpower. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Same here, Batch-cooking high-protein meals saved my willpower. Electrolytes every morning has been a game changer. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.
