Keto + tirzepatide is the combination that finally worked for me. I'd done keto before with limited results and tirzepatide with limited results, but together the appetite suppression of the medication plus the ketosis just clicked. Down 28 lbs in 5 months. Not claiming this works for everyone but wanted to share what's working for me.

Coming back to this thread, That stall messed with my head too, you'll break through. Did you split your dose or take it all at once. This community is the best.

Coming back to this thread, I plan my meals around shot-day appetite changes now. I plateaued until the dose increase kicked things back in gear. Onward! Everyone's different of course.

I keep a food and weight log to spot the trends, not the daily noise. Plateaus are the worst, hang in there. Found my sweet spot dose and I'm not in a hurry to go higher. Onward! Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Adding my two cents: Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me. You've got this. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)
