Reading this and How are you finding the higher dose so far. Ugh I felt exactly the same way at that stage. Thanks for sharing this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Totally agree. Walking 8k steps a day alongside the meds really compounds. Incredible progress. Down 55 lbs over the last year on this journey. This community is the best. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Coming back to this thread, That stall messed with my head too, you'll break through. You're doing amazing. Down 3 lbs since my last shot, slow and steady. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

The jump to the next dose was smoother than I feared. Down another 1.8 lbs this week and holding steady. I plan my routine around shot day now and it helps. You've got this.

Reading this today and Plateaus are the worst, hang in there. Batch-cooking high-protein meals saved my willpower. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

My doctor had me hold until side effects settled. I stayed on the starter dose an extra month and it was the right call. You've got this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.
