semaglutide at 2mg - appetite crept back today

Currently at 2mg on semaglutide and weighing whether to move up or stay here a bit longer. What's your current titration schedule looking like.

I hung out at my 10mg dose on Mounjaro a few extra weeks when appetite started creeping back, and it settled down on its own without moving up. Sometimes it's just a rough week rather than the dose fading. No hurry if you're still seeing losses at 2mg.

Same deal happened to me on tirzepatide around 2.5mg - a hungry few days had me convinced the dose quit on me, then it evened out the next week. If you're still dropping, I'd ride 2mg another couple weeks before touching anything.
