20 lbs down - before and after mindset shift
Down 55 lbs over the last year on this journey. Don't give up, it's worth it. Clothes are loose enough that I need a smaller size. Hang in there.

First time in normal BMI range in 15 years
Just wanted to say, Bumped up to the next dose this week and feeling good. Hang in there. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.
