Following along, Crossed my legs for the first time in years today. Maintenance for three months now and holding. Tied my shoes without it being a whole production.

Adding my two cents: Hit goal weight this morning, still in shock. Down another 1.8 lbs this week and holding steady. Rooting for you. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.
