Adding my two cents: The week-1 nausea was rough but it really does ease up. We're all in this together. That stall messed with my head too, you'll break through. Onward!

Just wanted to say, Look how far you've come. Hydration made a bigger difference than I expected. That stall messed with my head too, you'll break through. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Coming back to this thread, Ginger tea and tiny meals saved me through the early weeks. Cutting fatty meals the day of my shot helped the nausea. So glad I'm not alone in this.

For what it's worth, Ginger tea and tiny meals saved me through the early weeks. Going slow on titration made all the difference for side effects. Smaller portions on shot day kept the GI stuff manageable. Keep us posted! (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Adding my two cents: Sending solidarity, this part is genuinely hard. Bone broth and electrolytes got me through the tough days. Fatigue hit hard on my first dose bump, more protein fixed it. Keep us posted! (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)
