I plateaued until the dose increase kicked things back in gear. Bone broth and electrolytes got me through the tough days. So proud of you.

Same here, My last check-up came back looking great. Down 3 lbs since my last shot, slow and steady. Honestly by month three the side effects basically disappeared. Onward!
