Totally agree. Are you tracking protein or just eating intuitively. You're doing amazing. Access where I am has been hit or miss lately. Thanks for sharing this. Everyone's different of course.

For what it's worth, Supply's been tight in my area too. How long did the food noise take to quiet down. Rooting for you.
