Update on the stall I posted about 3 weeks ago: it broke. Down 4 lbs this week after 3 weeks at the same number. Didn't change anything — just kept going. Sometimes the scale is a liar and the process is still working underneath.

Honestly, Walking 8k steps a day alongside the meds really compounds. Found my sweet spot dose and I'm not in a hurry to go higher. This community is the best. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Adding my two cents: I keep a food + weight log to spot the trends, not the daily noise. That stall messed with my head too, you'll break through. So glad I'm not alone in this. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)
