Late to this but You're not alone in this, so many of us have been there. Going slow on titration made all the difference for side effects. Onward!

Adding my two cents: Did your appetite come back at all on the higher dose. I learned not to lie down right after eating. Cutting fatty meals the day of my shot helped the nausea. You've got this. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Adding my two cents: Hydration made a bigger difference than I expected. So proud of you. Onward! (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Going slow on titration made all the difference for side effects. Ginger tea and tiny meals saved me through the early weeks. Smaller portions on shot day kept the GI stuff manageable. Hang in there. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)
