Just wanted to say, Fatigue hit hard on my first dose bump, more protein fixed it. We're all in this together. So glad I'm not alone in this.

For what it's worth, Hydration made a bigger difference than I expected. Did you split your dose or take it all at once.

Late to this but You're not alone in this, so many of us have been there. Going slow on titration made all the difference for side effects. Onward!

Popping in today to say, Are you pairing it with any walking or strength work. We're all in this together. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

How's your energy been lately. Smaller portions on shot day kept the GI stuff manageable. You've got this. Everyone's different of course.

Adding my two cents: Did your appetite come back at all on the higher dose. I learned not to lie down right after eating. Cutting fatty meals the day of my shot helped the nausea. You've got this. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Same here, We're all in this together. The sulfur burps almost made me quit, slowing down eating helped. You've got this. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Going slow on titration made all the difference for side effects. Ginger tea and tiny meals saved me through the early weeks. Smaller portions on shot day kept the GI stuff manageable. Hang in there. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)
