The food noise finally went quiet this week and it's honestly a little emotional. Anyone else remember the exact moment it clicked for them on compounded sema?

My doctor had me hold until side effects settled. Lost 8 lbs my first month and the food noise is gone. Fatigue hit hard on my first dose bump, more protein fixed it. Rooting for you.

Adding my two cents: Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb. Rooting for you. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.
