I've been at 10mg tirzepatide for three months now and I can honestly say it's the most powerful appetite suppression I've experienced. I'm not hungry in the mornings at all and sometimes have to remind myself to eat lunch. The GIP component really does seem to add something beyond what semaglutide did for me. Zero complaints at this dose.

Reading this and Down 3 lbs since my last shot, slow and steady. I split my routine around the shot day now and it helps. This community is the best. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Adding my two cents: Just hit my first 20 lbs and I can't believe it. What helped you push through the plateau. Thanks for sharing this. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Popping in today to say, My sleep numbers improved at my last check. Sending good vibes your way. Six months in and down 41 lbs total. Keep us posted! Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.
