Don't give up, it's worth it. Walking 8k steps a day alongside the meds really compounds. I plateaued until the dose increase kicked things back in gear. Thanks for sharing this. Everyone's different of course.

Checking in this morning, Did your appetite come back at all on the higher dose. Electrolytes every morning has been a game changer. Sending good vibes your way. So glad I'm not alone in this. Everyone's different of course.

Reading this today and I plan my routine around shot day now and it helps. Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb. Six months in and down 41 lbs total. You've got this.
