Adding my two cents: Six months in and down 41 lbs total. The jump to the next dose was smoother than I feared. Bone broth and electrolytes got me through the tough days. You've got this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

I stayed on the starter dose an extra month and it was the right call. Found my sweet spot dose and I'm not in a hurry to go higher. Onward!
