Honestly, Scale didn't move but my rings fit again. Protein first at every meal has been my golden rule. Consistency with my injection day mattered more than the exact dose. Keep us posted!

Coming back to this thread, Sending solidarity, this part is genuinely hard. I keep a food and weight log to spot the trends, not the daily noise. Hang in there. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Totally agree. This past year has been the biggest change of my life. How are you handling the injection-day fatigue. This community is the best. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Are you tracking protein or just eating intuitively. So glad I'm not alone in this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Coming back to this thread, I plan my meals around shot-day appetite changes now. Hit goal weight this morning, still in shock.

Honestly, Don't weigh daily, the trend line is what matters. Hang in there. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Late to this but Are you tracking protein or just eating intuitively. Sending good vibes your way. The mental side is harder than people admit.
