Coming back to this thread, Been there, it does get easier I promise. Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me. You've got this.

Did you split your dose or take it all at once. Walking 8k steps a day alongside the meds really compounds. Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me. Onward! Everyone's different of course.
