Totally agree. Did your appetite come back at all on the higher dose. Are you tracking protein or just eating intuitively. You're doing amazing. You've got this.

For what it's worth, Clothes are loose enough that I need a smaller size. Down 3 lbs since my last shot, slow and steady.

Late to this but You should be really proud. Don't weigh daily, the trend line is what matters. So glad I'm not alone in this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Everyone titrates differently, listen to your own body. Walking 8k steps a day alongside the meds really compounds. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Reading this and How are you finding the higher dose so far. Plateaus are the worst, hang in there. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Adding my two cents: Bone broth and electrolytes got me through the tough days. I plan my routine around shot day now and it helps. So glad I'm not alone in this. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

For what it's worth, I plateaued until the dose increase kicked things back in gear. I learned not to lie down right after eating. Onward!

Just wanted to say, Finally cracked a plateau I'd been stuck on for a month. Did you split your dose or take it all at once.
