Just started Zepbound 2.5mg — first week impressions

How are you finding the higher dose so far. Lost 8 lbs my first month and the food noise is gone. Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me. You've got this. Everyone's different of course.

Popping in today to say, So proud of you. Did you split your dose or take it all at once. I plan my routine around shot day now and it helps. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.
