Just wanted to say, Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me. Are you tracking protein or just eating intuitively. Batch-cooking high-protein meals saved my willpower. Hang in there.

Following along — I keep a food + weight log to spot the trends, not the daily noise. Ugh I felt exactly the same way at that stage.

Late to this but How are you handling injection-day fatigue. This made my day to read. You've got this.

Checking in this morning, Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me. Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb. Onward!

Scale didn't move but my rings fit again. Down 3 lbs since my last shot, slow and steady. Are you tracking protein or just eating intuitively. So glad I'm not alone in this. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Scale didn't move but my rings fit again. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Reading this today and Finally cracked a plateau I'd been stuck on for a month. Smaller portions on shot day kept the GI stuff manageable. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Adding my two cents: Cutting fatty meals the day of my shot helped the nausea. I stayed on the starter dose an extra month and it was the right call. So glad I'm not alone in this. Everyone's different of course.

Popping in today to say, Honestly by month three the side effects basically disappeared. Fatigue hit hard on my first dose bump, more protein fixed it.
