Just wanted to say, Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me. Are you tracking protein or just eating intuitively. Batch-cooking high-protein meals saved my willpower. Hang in there.

Scale didn't move but my rings fit again. Down 3 lbs since my last shot, slow and steady. Are you tracking protein or just eating intuitively. So glad I'm not alone in this. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Adding my two cents: Cutting fatty meals the day of my shot helped the nausea. I stayed on the starter dose an extra month and it was the right call. So glad I'm not alone in this. Everyone's different of course.

Following along, The sulfur burps almost made me quit, slowing down eating helped. Bone broth and electrolytes got me through the tough days. Hang in there. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)
