Before and after labs from today: Total cholesterol down 38 points. LDL down 22. Triglycerides down 94. A1C: 6.1 → 5.5. Blood pressure: was 138/88, now 118/76. This is after 7 months and 55 lbs lost. I started on Ozempic for T2D and it's turned into so much more.

Following along — My doctor had me hold at 7.5 until side effects settled. This made my day to read. Are you tracking protein or just eating intuitively. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Following along — Plateaus are the worst, hang in there. I stayed on the starter dose an extra month and it was the right call. That stall messed with my head too, you'll break through. So glad I'm not alone in this.

Late to this but You should be really proud. Protein first at every meal has been my golden rule. This community is the best. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Adding my two cents: Lost 8 lbs my first month and the food noise is gone. Consistency with my injection day mattered more than the exact dose. Sending solidarity, this part is genuinely hard. You've got this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Coming back to this thread, Plateaus are the worst, hang in there. My doctor had me hold steady until side effects settled. I plateaued until the dose increase kicked things back in gear. Thanks for sharing this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Late to this but Sending solidarity, this part is genuinely hard. Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb. You should be really proud. Everyone's different of course.

Totally agree. Has your sleep changed at all since starting. Keep going, seriously. Everyone titrates differently, listen to your own body. This community is the best.
