Question for the community: has anyone successfully maintained for more than a year after reaching goal? I'm 3 months into maintenance and terrified of regain. Would love to hear from people who've been through this.

Following along, My doctor had me hold steady until side effects settled. Sending solidarity, this part is genuinely hard. Onward! Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Coming back to this thread — Batch-cooking high-protein meals saved my willpower. Incredible progress. Everyone titrates differently, listen to your own body. This community is the best. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Honestly, A1C came back normal at my last check-up. How's your energy been lately. Lost 8 lbs my first month and the food noise is gone. Thanks for sharing this. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

For what it's worth, You're not alone in this, so many of us have been there. Sending solidarity, this part is genuinely hard. What helped you push through the plateau. You've got this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Just wanted to say, You're not alone in this, so many of us have been there. Are you pairing it with any walking or strength work. Hang in there. Everyone's different of course.
