Same here, Did your appetite come back at all on the higher dose. Plateaus are the worst, hang in there. The mental side is harder than people admit. So glad I'm not alone in this.

Finally broke a long plateau!
Tied my shoes without it being a whole production. Down another 1.8 lbs this week and holding steady.
