Same here, Did the nausea ease up after the first few weeks for you. Going slow on titration made all the difference for side effects. Onward!

Totally agree. How's your energy been lately. Found my sweet spot dose and I'm not in a hurry to go higher. This community is the best.

Following along, Sending good vibes your way. Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Coming back to this thread, What's your current titration schedule looking like. Are you tracking protein or just eating intuitively.

Finally cracked a plateau I'd been stuck on for a month. I stayed on the starter dose an extra month and it was the right call. Bumped up to the next dose this week and feeling good. Keep us posted! Everyone's different of course.

Honestly, Constipation was my big one, magnesium at night helped a ton. Are you pairing it with any walking or strength work.

Totally agree. Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me. Fatigue hit hard on my first dose bump, more protein fixed it. Smaller portions on shot day kept the GI stuff manageable. Keep us posted! Everyone's different of course.

Totally agree. I plateaued until the dose increase kicked things back in gear. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Checking in this morning, Consistency with my injection day mattered more than the exact dose. Maintenance for three months now and holding. Thanks for sharing this. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)
