Bone broth and electrolytes got me through the tough days. I stayed on the starter dose an extra month and it was the right call. Ginger tea and tiny meals saved me through the early weeks.

For what it's worth, Maintenance for three months now and holding. The jump to the next dose was smoother than I feared. Keep us posted! Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Late to this but Down 3 lbs since my last shot, slow and steady. Has your sleep changed at all since starting. The sulfur burps almost made me quit, slowing down eating helped. This community is the best. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Consistency with my injection day mattered more than the exact dose. Are you pairing it with any walking or strength work. Thanks for sharing this. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Coming back to this thread, Hydration made a bigger difference than I expected. Has your sleep changed at all since starting. Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me. Keep us posted! Everyone's different of course.

Reading this today and What's your current titration schedule looking like. I plan my routine around shot day now and it helps. Onward! Everyone's different of course.

Adding my two cents: Bone broth and electrolytes got me through the tough days. How long did the food noise take to quiet down. Are you pairing it with any walking or strength work. You've got this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.
