The food noise finally went quiet this week and it's honestly a little emotional. Anyone else remember the exact moment it clicked for them on Wegovy?

Bone broth and electrolytes got me through the tough days. I stayed on the starter dose an extra month and it was the right call. Ginger tea and tiny meals saved me through the early weeks.

Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb. Found my sweet spot dose and I'm not in a hurry to go higher.

For what it's worth, Maintenance for three months now and holding. The jump to the next dose was smoother than I feared. Keep us posted! Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Coming back to this thread, Clothes are loose enough that I need a smaller size. This community is the best. Everyone's different of course.

Late to this but Down 3 lbs since my last shot, slow and steady. Has your sleep changed at all since starting. The sulfur burps almost made me quit, slowing down eating helped. This community is the best. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Consistency with my injection day mattered more than the exact dose. Are you pairing it with any walking or strength work. Thanks for sharing this. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Adding my two cents: How are you finding the higher dose so far. Hydration made a bigger difference than I expected. This community is the best.

I learned not to lie down right after eating. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Reading this and Hit goal weight this morning, still in shock. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.
