Switching from brand to compounded and want to get the dose conversion right. How did you approach the transition?

Following along, Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me. So glad I'm not alone in this.

Honestly, What's your current titration schedule looking like. Clothes are loose enough that I need a smaller size.

Just wanted to say, Down another 1.8 lbs this week and holding steady. This community is the best. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Following along, Fatigue hit hard on my first dose bump, more protein fixed it. Lost 8 lbs my first month and the food noise is gone. I plateaued until the dose increase kicked things back in gear. Onward!

Checking in this morning, The jump to the next dose was smoother than I feared. Hang in there. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Adding my two cents: Such an inspiration honestly. Consistency with my injection day mattered more than the exact dose. Onward! Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Late to this but I plateaued until the dose increase kicked things back in gear. Everyone titrates differently, listen to your own body. Rooting for you.

Totally agree. Constipation was my big one, magnesium at night helped a ton. Consistency with my injection day mattered more than the exact dose. Rooting for you. Everyone's different of course.

The sulfur burps almost made me quit, slowing down eating helped. Thanks for sharing this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.
