Honestly, Scale didn't move but my rings fit again. Walked up three flights of stairs and wasn't out of breath. You should be really proud.

Totally agree. How's your energy been lately. Did your appetite come back at all on the higher dose. Everyone's different of course.

Checking in this morning, Keep going, seriously. Did the nausea ease up after the first few weeks for you. Onward! Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.
