Popping in today to say, Maintenance for three months now and holding. The jump to the next dose was smoother than I feared. Hit goal weight this morning, still in shock. This community is the best.

Just wanted to say, Stay the course. Bone broth and electrolytes got me through the tough days. Down another 1.8 lbs this week and holding steady. So glad I'm not alone in this.

Coming back to this thread, Keep going, seriously. Cutting fatty meals the day of my shot helped the nausea. Cheering you on from here. Rooting for you. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)
