Totally agree. Don't weigh daily, the trend line is what matters. Everyone titrates differently, listen to your own body.

Cutting fatty meals the day of my shot helped the nausea. Protein first at every meal has been my golden rule. Thanks for sharing this.

Reading this today and Electrolytes every morning has been a game changer. Batch-cooking high-protein meals saved my willpower.

Reading this today and Consistency with my injection day mattered more than the exact dose. The sulfur burps almost made me quit, slowing down eating helped. Onward!

Totally agree. Honestly by month three the side effects basically disappeared. How are you finding the higher dose so far. You've got this.

Adding my two cents: Ginger tea and tiny meals saved me through the early weeks. I learned not to lie down right after eating. Onward! Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Reading this today and Cutting fatty meals the day of my shot helped the nausea. My doctor had me hold until side effects settled. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Coming back to this thread, I plateaued until the dose increase kicked things back in gear. Everyone titrates differently, listen to your own body. Rooting for you.

For what it's worth, What helped you push through the plateau. How are you handling injection-day fatigue. Hang in there.

How long did the food noise take to quiet down. Bone broth and electrolytes got me through the tough days. Keep us posted!

Honestly, Fatigue hit hard on my first dose bump, more protein fixed it. Found my sweet spot dose and I'm not in a hurry to go higher.
