Adding my two cents: Fatigue hit hard on my first dose bump, more protein fixed it. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Honestly, Bone broth and electrolytes got me through the tough days. Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb.

Reading this today and Consistency with my injection day mattered more than the exact dose. How's your energy been lately. Just hit my first 20 lbs and I can't believe it. So glad I'm not alone in this.

Look how far you've come. The sulfur burps almost made me quit, slowing down eating helped. My doctor had me hold until side effects settled. So glad I'm not alone in this.
