Coming back to this thread, Honestly by month three the side effects basically disappeared. Did your appetite come back at all on the higher dose. Hang in there.

Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me. Constipation was my big one, magnesium at night helped a ton. Keep us posted! (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)
