The hair loss started around week 9 for me and I panicked. After research and talking to my doctor, it's telogen effluvium — a delayed shed caused by the physiological stress of rapid weight loss, not the medication itself. It slows down around month 4-5. Biotin and collagen peptides haven't hurt. Just wanted to share this so the next person isn't as scared as I was.

That stall messed with my head too, you'll break through. Did the nausea ease up after the first few weeks for you. Sending solidarity, this part is genuinely hard. This community is the best.

Late to this but I plateaued until the dose increase kicked things back in gear. Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me. Hang in there. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Same here, Rooting for you. Clothes are loose enough that I need a smaller size. Everyone titrates differently, listen to your own body. So glad I'm not alone in this. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)
