Keto + tirzepatide is the combination that finally worked for me. I'd done keto before with limited results and tirzepatide with limited results, but together the appetite suppression of the medication plus the ketosis just clicked. Down 28 lbs in 5 months. Not claiming this works for everyone but wanted to share what's working for me.

Same here — Electrolytes every morning has been a game changer. My doctor had me hold at 7.5 until side effects settled. Six months in and down 41 lbs total.

Late to this but How's your energy been lately. Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

For what it's worth, Six months in and the scale keeps moving the right way. Walking 8k steps a day alongside the meds really compounds. So glad I'm not alone in this. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Adding my two cents: Did you split your dose or take it all at once. Walking 8k steps a day alongside the meds really compounds. Rooting for you. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Totally agree. Found my sweet spot dose and I'm not in a hurry to go higher. Consistency with my injection day mattered more than the exact dose. What's your current titration schedule looking like. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Just wanted to say, Did your appetite come back at all on the higher dose. Everyone titrates differently, listen to your own body. This community is the best.
