Popping in today to say, Everyone titrates differently, listen to your own body. Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me. Thanks for sharing this.

Popping in today to say, I learned not to lie down right after eating. Did the nausea ease up after the first few weeks for you. This community is the best.

Coming back to this thread, I plan my meals around shot-day appetite changes now. What's your current titration schedule looking like. Hang in there. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Just wanted to say, Batch-cooking high-protein meals saved my willpower. I keep a food and weight log to spot the trends, not the daily noise. Bone broth and electrolytes got me through the tough days. So glad I'm not alone in this.

Totally agree. Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb. Walking most days alongside the meds really compounds. So glad I'm not alone in this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Did your appetite come back at all on the higher dose. I stayed on the starter dose an extra month and it was the right call. The sulfur burps almost made me quit, slowing down eating helped. You've got this.
