semaglutide plateau at 10 lbs down - what worked?

Following along, I plateaued until the dose increase kicked things back in gear. Such an inspiration honestly. So glad I'm not alone in this. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Adding my two cents: You should be really proud. Are you tracking protein or just eating intuitively. Scale didn't move but my rings fit again.

For what it's worth, Ginger tea and tiny meals saved me through the early weeks. This community is the best.
