Coming back to this thread, I plateaued until the dose increase kicked things back in gear. Found my sweet spot dose and I'm not in a hurry to go higher. Keep us posted! Everyone's different of course.

Following along, Are you pairing it with any walking or strength work. Honestly by month three the side effects basically disappeared. Keep us posted!

Same here, What's your current titration schedule looking like. Scale didn't move but my rings fit again. Maintenance for three months now and holding. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

For what it's worth, Ginger tea and tiny meals saved me through the early weeks. Fatigue hit hard on my first dose bump, more protein fixed it. So glad I'm not alone in this.
