Just wanted to say, Did your appetite come back at all on the higher dose. Stay the course. Hang in there.

Just wanted to say, I stayed on the starter dose an extra month and it was the right call. Bone broth and electrolytes got me through the tough days. Hydration made a bigger difference than I expected. You've got this. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Same here, How's your energy been lately. Did the nausea ease up after the first few weeks for you. Down 3 lbs since my last shot, slow and steady. Keep us posted! Everyone's different of course.

Coming back to this thread, I plateaued until the dose increase kicked things back in gear. Found my sweet spot dose and I'm not in a hurry to go higher. Keep us posted! Everyone's different of course.

Adding my two cents: I plateaued until the dose increase kicked things back in gear. My last check-up came back looking great. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Reading this today and Ginger tea and tiny meals saved me through the early weeks. This is huge.

Following along, Are you pairing it with any walking or strength work. Honestly by month three the side effects basically disappeared. Keep us posted!

Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me. Are you pairing it with any walking or strength work. Honestly by month three the side effects basically disappeared.

Same here, What's your current titration schedule looking like. Scale didn't move but my rings fit again. Maintenance for three months now and holding. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

For what it's worth, Ginger tea and tiny meals saved me through the early weeks. Fatigue hit hard on my first dose bump, more protein fixed it. So glad I'm not alone in this.

Following along, So proud of you. The jump to the next dose was smoother than I feared. The week-1 nausea was rough but it really does ease up. You've got this.
