Late to this but Down 3 lbs since my last shot, slow and steady. My last check-up came back looking great. Buckled an airplane seatbelt with no extender, almost cried. Thanks for sharing this.

Just wanted to say, Rooting for you. Clothes are loose enough that I need a smaller size. Fit into a restaurant booth comfortably, small thing but huge. Keep us posted! Everyone's different of course.

Adding my two cents: Buckled an airplane seatbelt with no extender, almost cried. Clothes are loose enough that I need a smaller size. Energy to actually cook dinner instead of collapsing.

Coming back to this thread, Just hit my first 20 lbs and I can't believe it. Energy to actually cook dinner instead of collapsing. Scale didn't move but my rings fit again. You've got this.

Clothes are loose enough that I need a smaller size. Six months in and down 41 lbs total. Maintenance for three months now and holding. Hang in there. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Adding my two cents: Energy to actually cook dinner instead of collapsing. Are you pairing it with any walking or strength work. Rooting for you. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.
