Checking in this morning, Going slow on titration made all the difference for side effects. Down another 1.8 lbs this week and holding steady. Hydration made a bigger difference than I expected. Hang in there.

Reading this today and Found my sweet spot dose and I'm not in a hurry to go higher. You've got this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.
