Coming back to this thread, Down 3 lbs since my last shot, slow and steady. We're all in this together. My last check-up came back looking great. Thanks for sharing this. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Adding my two cents: We're all in this together. Did your appetite come back at all on the higher dose. You've got this.

Popping in today to say, Ginger tea and tiny meals saved me through the early weeks. Lost 8 lbs my first month and the food noise is gone. I stayed on the starter dose an extra month and it was the right call. So glad I'm not alone in this.

Totally agree. Fatigue hit hard on my first dose bump, more protein fixed it. Fatigue hit hard on my first dose bump, more protein fixed it. Clothes are loose enough that I need a smaller size. Keep us posted!

Just wanted to say, Has your sleep changed at all since starting. I stayed on the starter dose an extra month and it was the right call. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Late to this but Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me. Constipation was my big one, magnesium at night helped a ton. Keep us posted!

Going slow on titration made all the difference for side effects. You're doing amazing. Did you split your dose or take it all at once.

Following along, How are you handling injection-day fatigue. I plateaued until the dose increase kicked things back in gear. My doctor had me hold until side effects settled. Hang in there.
